Wire Characteristics:
- Bonding Property: The insulation surface of normal PTFE wire is very smooth. When attempting to bond PTFE wire to epoxy powder or resin, the bonding adhesion is very poor. In contrast, our etched PTFE wire excels in this regard. After the etching process, the PTFE surface becomes rough and is filled with a layer of small holes. This significantly improves the bonding adhesion strength between the PTFE layer and epoxy powder. The PTFE insulation layer surface after etching can be observed under a microscope at 5000 - times magnification.
- Temperature Resistance: The wire can operate continuously at up to 260℃ for an extended period and withstand 300℃ for a short time.
- Environmental Adaptability: PTFE wire is suitable for use in harsh environments, such as those containing oil or acid.
